I rarely leave comments or testimonials on websites ,but I could not but leave a few words of appreciation to the Guelph Mazda team especially Mohsen.----I brought in my 2014 Mazda 3 to fix an emergency tyre puncture, but was informed I couldn-t get my car same day due to the queue.----Mr Mohsen went the extra mile to arrange for my tire to be fixed elsewhere as I had no spare at the time and could not afford to wait or drive my car without a spare.----I really appreciate his going the extra mile. As someone in the service industry myself, I understand what these seemingly little gestures mean to customers and I can-t see myself choosing any other dealership -or vehicle- in the near future due to this exceptional commitment to the customer.----Thank you again .

I wanted to email to thank you again for everything you've done for us. This was by far the biggest purchase we've ever made, but we've never felt more sure about a decision. We are very excited about our purchase and appreciate all the help and friendly service that we have received throughout this process. It was been such a positive experience and we are thankful for everyone's help, especially yours. We have been spreading the word of how well we were treated. The car has been great and very fun to drive, but after having some time to think, we are definitely interested in rust proofing and tinting the car in the spring. We wish we did the rust proofing right away.

Mark: I never send a message to comment on a salesperson but both my wife and myself agree you have a great one there going by the name Adam Dunn. He was the most understanding and patient person we've ever met. Our personal opinion is that he went above and beyond in all aspects when dealing with us. The line is he wasn't selling us a car but he was helping us find one, and he would be the best example of that we've seen. Our whole experience at Guelph City Mazda was a pleasurable one. We will let everyone know about the service we received there.

I promised you I would drop you a line to let you know how things were going with my new car.
So here it is, I love it! A lot! Even though people told me I was crazy to buy another Mazda, every time I get in it I remember why I love them so much, so thank you for all your help. You guys were awesome!
