A Look at the Pricing Structure of the 2024 Mazda CX-90

The 2024 Mazda CX-90 is an all-new model which joins the Mazda lineup as the largest, most powerful, and most luxurious SUV it has ever offered in North America. Here is a look at its versions and their pricing.
Models powered by the six-cylinder engine
The 2024 Mazda CX-90 introduces a brand-new engine to the Mazda family. This turbocharged 3.3L inline-six-cylinder engine delivers 280 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque with the help of a mild-hybrid system.
GS
The entry-level version of the 2024 Mazda CX-90 is the GS which features a high level of standard equipment that includes items such as heated front seats, a 10.25-inch infotainment screen, a 7-inch instrument panel display, a three-zone automatic climate control system, 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlamps and taillamps, rain-sensing wipers, and a complete suite of i-Activsense driver assistance features. This model is priced at $45,900.
GS-L
Starting at $49,300, the CX-90 GS-L adds a black leatherette upholstery, a 10-way power adjustable driver’s seat, a heated steering wheel, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, a power liftgate, the full proximity-key system, and 19-inch wheels, among others.
An Enhanced package builds on the GS-L with additional drive modes, a panoramic sunroof, a hands-free power liftgate, a wireless phone charger, and up to 5,000 pounds of towing capacity. This brings the cost up to $51,350.
GT
The next trim level up is the $55,350 GT. This model adds black or greige leather, heated second-row seats, 21-inch alloy wheels, chrome finishes on the bumper, a 12-speaker Bose audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rear window shades, the head-up display, a 360-degree camera system, front cross-traffic alert, and Vehicle Exit Warning, among many others.
Plug-in hybrid models
The other powertrain available in the new 2024 Mazda CX-90 is the plug-in hybrid system which combines a 2.5L four-cylinder engine and an electric motor to produce 323 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Due to a 17.8 kWh battery, this powertrain also allows the CX-90 to drive only on electric power at certain times.
PHEV GS
The first model to be offered with the plug-in hybrid powertrain is the PHEV GS which starts at $ 54,900. This model features the same characteristics as the regular GS except for the addition of a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel
PHEV GS-L
This $59,950 version is identical to the regular GS-L with Enhanced package in terms of features, but its towing capacity remains at 3,500 pounds.
PHEV GT
The $64,350 PHEV GT is equipped with the same features as the regular GT, but since it is the most luxurious plug-in hybrid model, it is treated to a few unique features such as Nappa leather, a satin chrome finish on the rocker panels, and a 1,500 watt outlet in the cargo area.
Models equipped with the high-output six-cylinder engine
The most powerful engine in the Mazda lineup is now the high-output variant of the new turbocharged six-cylinder unit which delivers 340 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque.
GT-P
The $59,300 GT-P model builds on the regular GT by adding Nappa leather, light Arbor trim on the door panels and center console, a frameless rear-view mirror with Homelink, ventilated front seats with a memory function for the driver, and the Cruising & Traffic Support driver assistance system.
Signature
Finally, the CX-90 Signature retails for $63,300. This price gives access to additional features such as a six-passenger seating arrangement, ventilated second-row seats, curly maple wood trim, elevated foot lighting, stitched suede decorative panels on the dashboard, junction support for the forward collision warning system, 12.3-inch screens for the center touchscreen and the digital instrument panel, and the Driver Personalization system which can recognize the driver via an interior camera.
